Our process is simple: we will do everything we can to provide you with everything you want from your ideas and plans. Once we have received your enquiry we will arrange a convenient time to visit you. At this consultation we will take the time to discuss with you all the requirements of your project as well as the practicalities, cost implications and regulations. We will try to get as clear a picture as we can; the better we know your requirements, the more accurate we are able to make your quote, and the more we can be sure to deliver exactly what you want. We aim to send your quote or estimate to you within 2 weeks, although more complex jobs requiring further professional input may take a little longer. Making alterations to your quote or estimate is as simple as calling us. On acceptance of your quote we can agree on a mutually convenient starting date with you. Our lead times are typically 10-12 weeks from the date of acceptance.
